.NEW PRICING METHOD $6.00 / LB hanging weight INCLUDES PROCESSING FEES Hopefully this alleviates some of the confusion that some of our customers have been having. The Balance Quarter will give you more roasts and stew meat, but you will still get your good steaks. We have updated the Balance 1/4 so it has more stew meat! A 1/4 will give you approximately 95 to 105 lbs of meat. This can be sent by e-transfer to windyvistafarms@gmail.com Once your beef is butchered and we know the hanging weight, then we will invoice you for half of your cost, which will be about $1300. The remainder is due upon delivery (minus the down payment). Your final cost will be approximately $2550. The final cost will depend upon if you order patties, sausage, pepperoni sticks or jerky. There is an extra cost associated with these items. Your beef will be ready to deliver about a month after it has been butchered...2 weeks hanging time, cutting/ packaging time, and then pick up and delivery by us. WHOLE BEEF

The final cost will depend on if you include patties, sausage, pepperoni sticks, jerky or beef bacon in your order. These items have an extra cost. Delivery will be about a month after butcher date. This includes 2 weeks hanging time, a week for cutting/packaging and time for us to pick up your beef and deliver it to your doorstep. **If processing fees increase, then there will be an increase in price/lb.
